If your order has not started being processed by our warehouse, you can contact us on 0044 1202 733744 (10am-4pm) with your order number and we will be able to help you. If our warehouse has started processing the order, we are unable to cancel it and we would advise that you return the item as soon as you receive it.
The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise you have seven working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund. Changing Delivery Information
Where you the customer interact with our shippers directly on their app and edit your delivery address, ask for items to be left with a neighbour and or a safe place. H2O Sports will not be Liable for these items then being lost, stolen or damaged.
For 95% of our main stream deliveries you'll receive an email confirmation and tracking information emailed through to your chosen email account you completed during our checkout process. For larger items and first class Royal mail items - this service is not always possible..
If your having problems tracking your order or you suspect your order is missing please call any member of the team on 0044 1202 733744 and we'll be able to assist / track the item with our system or contact our shippers directly and resolve the delay / problem ASAP. Should your item be delayed then we'll do everything in our power to assist our currier in getting your order delivered as quickly as possible. Should your item be misplaced or lost, We'll take up the claim with our curriers and where possible dispatch another item to you ASAP or offer you an alternative if this item is out of stock... Where this is not possible to dispatch another suitable product... Claims are processed within 2-4 weeks. (Our shippers policy we're restricted by) Once our shippers are satisfied that the item hasn't been delivered and cannot be located and is in fact lost, we'll happily offer you a full refund once the claim is resolved.
Where items have arrived and you suspect them to be damaged... Ideally your courier will wait while you inspect the goods and if your satisfied that the goods are OK you can accept them... However if your courier will not wait while you inspect them please sign for the goods "un checked" And if the packaging clearly appears to have damaged the goods please sign "damaged" And or refuse them.
If your order is Damaged / Incorrect / Arrived Faulty or you feel in anyway it has been misleadingly, Please Call or Email any member of the team quoting your order number... All damages need to be reported within 24 hours and all other reasons need to be reported within 48 hours, otherwise H20 Sports will not accept liability for any of these problems.

You can return any item to us without a reason for a full Refund / Exchange. We do not offer a free returns service for refunds or exchanges. Your order must be returned in its original packaging with tags and unused. We are happy to discuss any return outside of these terms and will look at each case individually. All products must have been originally purchased from H2O Sports, original proof of purchase or product registration will be required. Where a standard manufactures warranty is available H2O will process via this option, thereafter the H2O Extended warranty will take place. Definition of a warranty: A failure in a manufacture’s workmanship. This does not cover Wear and Tear or user damage/abuse. Your product will be replaced with a like for like item. Where a like for like item isn’t available an alternative will be offered. Any £££ decrease a refund will be issued for the difference, any £££ increase the customer will be expected to pay the difference. A Full cash refund won’t be offered.
Standard One Year Warranty:
All products purchased are backed with a 12 months warranty from the day of purchase. Some products may have an extended warranty that requires you to register your product with the manufacturer. Please ensure the product registration is completed within 30 days of purchase. For any warranty issue please email us with your original order number and a brief description of the fault to contact@h2o-sports.co.uk We will then arrange for your product to be collected by DPD and returned to either H2O Sports or the manufacturer in question. Your warranty will then be assessed. Depending on the type of warranty and product you will either receive a new product or a replacement of the faulty part. We are very happy to discuss any warranty outside of its warranty period and will look at each case individually.
*Definition of a warranty is the failing of any part by the manufacturer, accidental damage and fair wear and tear will not be considered.
Should you have not refused the item (That is later found to be damaged on closer inspection) and signed for it un-checked - please notify us within 24hrs (We're open seven days a week) Our team will advise you on the course of action, but in most cases we'll arrange a collection and re delivery of another item. Where this is not possible and your returning items to us, (Mainly from Europe and ROW) please remember to enclose your certificate of posting with your claim, if you cannot provide evidence of posting then you may only be entitled to the minimum compensation. If your claim is for damage or part loss, all damaged packaging and contents must be retained and presented to our Currier on request. If the problem is due to a mistake by H20 Sports Ltd (Yes, even we can make mistakes) where we've delivered the wrong product / faulty product or even our web team have mis described a product... Firstly we'll apologies and we'll put it right a quick as humanly possible... H20 Sports will arrange a collection and a replacement, or the correct item to be dispatched ASAP at our expense and your convenience or offer a repair / discount should you be willing to retain the order. If you change your mind regarding your order or have mistakenly ordered the incorrect size or product... Please note that under the sale of goods act created in 1979, you the consumer has no automatic right to return your goods. In this case please contact H20 Sports using the above link and completing the form... We make mistake too, so we'll do our very best to put it right as quickly as possible with an exchange or refund at our discretion. Please note when returning items where no mistake has been made by H20 Sports carriage charges will be applied and NOT refunded. All items in this case are returned at the consumers expense and risk. All returned items must be in 100% re sell-able condition with packaging otherwise at our discretion they will be refused or a restocking fee applied. Typically refunds are issues within seven working days of being received back. Most often faster... Where customers have purchased from H20 Sports using a different currency (None GBP) H20 Sports are NOT responsible for any fees incurred upon a refund or any difference in amounts from changes in exchange rates.
